Sometimes I…………………..

Jeanne Oliver (of Jeanne Oliver Designs fame) shared a post today about the things she sometimes wishes. It really was fun to read the things that she shared. She invited her readers to do the same. So with that... here are my "sometimes".

Sometimes I…………………..

...wish I didn't care about what other people think of me.
...want to be a Broadway performer.
...wish I had paid more attention in college.
...and more attention to things like debt and brilliant people.
...want to lay in my toasty bed, reading books instead of taking care of life.
...wish there was a way I could guarantee that nothing tragic would happen to Steve or Fred.
...want to really, REALLY, be able to play my guitar.
...and piano.
...wish I could go back to my 20 year old self, and smack the *&^%^ out of her, knocking her into reality (and out of stupidity).
...wish I loved to excersize.
.. or even enjoy being healthy. Really healthy.
...and not enjoy drinking Diet Coke so much.
...want to repierce my nose (for the third time!), and get a cool tattoo.
...wish I could somehow convince someone else to handle the yuck and frustration of potty training.
...wish I was more confident of myself.
...want to start completely over (but with my hot husband and smashing son).
....wish I had not experienced or seen so many wonderful things and historical events as a child and teenager.
...wish that I wasn't so blunt and sarcastic.
...wish I could create, and create, and create and have others just want to own it for themselves. :)

Now it is your turn.

I am always glad when you post. It's good to know other people don't always want to take care of life.

Happy new year, and many good things sweet friend.
