Thanksgiving Twenty
- Do you cook all or part of the meal? Normally all, that is unless someone asks if they cam bring something with them.
- How much do you spend buying groceries for the meal? $150-$200?
- Do you eat at home or go to someone else’s? We don't have any family here, so it's always at our house.
- Describe your perfect bite? A little bit of mashed potatoes and stuffing together!
- White meat or dark? White!
- Stuffing with giblets or without? Without... but I cook the giblets and use the broth!
- Anything you won’t eat at the Thanksgiving meal? ummm the plates? :)
- Carve Mr. Gobble at the table or serve on a platter? Carve at the table! (if it doesn't fall apart when it comes out of the roaster or oven first!)
- Favorite pie? Pecan or Pumpkin
- Formal table or Chinet? This year it's Chinet all the way! Too many people!

- Favorite leftover? Frog Eye Salad
- Extended family, friends, both or just the immediate family for dinner? All of the above
- After dinner, do you go to the latest movie or football on TV? Neither - I always fall asleep!
- Do you watch the Macy’s Parade? I don't usually have time. :(
- Christmas decorations up before or after? After... RIGHT after!
- Black Friday shopping or sleep in? Neither. :( I am working on Friday.
- Any special Thanksgiving tradition? Everyone gets their own pie.
- Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Spending time with friends and family!
- Favorite Thanksgiving memory? Golly so many of them are filled with great memories. But, the most unusual one was when we had a mexican thanksgiving and ate all kinds of incredibly yummy mexican foods. (I think it was when we lived in Geilenkirchen. Mom?)

Yes, our Mexican Thanksgiving was in Geilenkirchen. We took lots and lots of goodies to the Brannans and ate over there. The thing I remember most about that particular day was that I made little sombreros using masa harina flour - deep fried them to crip them up and around the brim of the sombreros put a spicy meat mixture. Yummy tasty!
