Sunday - Crock pot beef stroganoff, egg noodles, homemade wheat bread rolls, mixed vegi's

Monday - Taco's

Tuesday - Grilled chicken w/smashed broccoli and potatoes with gouda gravy

Wednesday - Spaghetti carbonara

Thursday - Bulgogi w/vegetable fried rice

Friday - Chicken enchiladas

Saturday - Bierocks

Treat/Dessert: Neapolitan rice krispy treats, blackberry coffee cake

This menu assumes that I do not go to McAllen until next week. If I do, Steve will get to enjoy the pantry and freezer bounty. :)
