Unbelievably Good Fruit Dip

This creamy fruit dip has only a few ingredients. If you want a simple dip that's the perfect complement to fruit, especially strawberries, please try this one. This dip is so refreshing and tasty – I often eat the leftovers on their own by the spoonful. It’s also fantastic as a frosting or topping to cakes and other desserts. With summer quickly approaching – this will be a regular item on our menu!

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (at room temperature)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla
Medium container of Cool Whip

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until soft. Add sweetened condensed milk vanilla and lemon juice mix until it starts to thicken. Fold or stir in Cool Whip. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
